Frequently Asked Questions
Are the items in stock? Yes, we keep this web site updated very
regularly - so you can be sure that the items we show are currently in
stock. In the unlikely event that we run out of a bear and do not
show this prior to your order being placed, we will automatically refund
you.
How do I order more than one item? Simply order and pay for each
bear you want separately. We will wherever possible dispatch them in
one package to you, provided they are ordered within around 10 minutes of
each other.
I want multiple of a
particular bear - what should I do? Where you want more than one of a
particular Me To You Tatty Teddy Bear, please contact us (contact details
are at the bottom of this page) and we will sort out the order for you.
This site is unable to process multiple orders of the same item, but we
can easily do it manually.
How long is delivery likely
to take? In the UK, typically 3 to 5 days. For Europe, around 10
days is common. For the rest of the world it could take anything
from 10 to 28 days, and once dispatched we cannot look into why your Me To
You Tatty Teddy has been delayed until at least 28 days have passed for
this reason. Please bear this in mind.
What will my card statement show? Your credit or debit card
statement will show a charge in Pounds Sterling / GBP for the value of
each bear you purchase. The merchant name will be NOCHEX.
It's a gift - will you
include a receipt - I don't want the recipient to know the price? We
only include a packing note with bear orders, and the price of the bear is
always removed from the item before it is posted.
Christmas Cut-off? For 2012, UK orders can be placed until 18th December. For Europe, 5th December is the last day, for
USA/Canada and the rest of the world, orders placed after 1st December are
highly unlikely to reach you prior to Christmas (you need to order before
25th November to be sure of delivery in fact). This is because the
worldwide postal services slow up - nothing to do with our
dispatch which is always within 2 working days.
